Support Service Specialist, Yandex Station
Millions of people use Yandex Stations every day. On the rare occasion something doesn't work as it should, our dedicated support team is there to assist. We’re looking for attentive, tactful professionals who can respond to users and solve their problems.

If you have no prior experience, don’t worry. We provide comprehensive training on the technical aspects of the role and how our products work.

Tasks that await you

Respond to emails and chat messages
Help users resolve issues they’re having with their Yandex Stations, forward information to developers and managers so they can make our product even better, and collaborate with other departments for additional support when necessary

We expect that you

  • Are familiar with technical subjects, including various jacks and router connectivity
  • Are able to structure detailed responses, showing strong analytical and logical reasoning
  • Are competent in navigating large volumes of information and pinpointing key details
  • Have English proficiency at the B2 level or above
  • Have Arabic proficiency at Level 6 or above

It'd be a plus if you

  • Expertise in customer engagement with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Fluency in Russian
