Tasks that await you
- Identifying and mitigating program risks and opportunities as they pertain to material requirements, tracking and reporting all program material activities
- Aligning program purchase requirements with the time schedule
- Participating in sourcing process improvement projects (both supply chain and program)
- Resolving supply chain and material issues for the program
- Articulating the value, schedule, and decision points that impact the efficient delivery of specific commodities to senior leaders and personnel
- Mitigating and resolving supply chain challenges with priority deliveries and suppliers
- Supply chain risk management, including creating mitigation plans in coordination with the project team
- Participating in program management reviews, status meetings, and other programmatic subcontractor meetings as needed
- Leading clear to build (CTB) for pre-production build phases
- Proposing optimized supply planning to ensure an on-time build schedule
- Driving closure of materials issues
- Leading regular supply planning meetings with manufacturer partners
- Leading NPI (New Product Introduction) materials process improvement
We expect that you
- Have NPI supply chain management experience
- Have project/program management skills
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Are detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills
- Have demonstrated the ability to work in a constantly changing environment
- Have the ability to multitask and set priorities
- Are proficient in Excel
- Have Chinese HSK 4 and English C1 proficiency
- Based in Shenzhen
It'd be a plus if you
- Have technical expertise and prior OEM management experience
- Have knowledge of Agile, SAP, Oracle, Numbers, Keynote, and Pages
