Strategic Finance Manager

Build processes around marketing activities
Assist the marketing team with non-standard jobs like promo and marketing campaigns, data visibility, regional development, and category strategies
Spread the growth model concept across the company
Develop and maintain up-to-date tactical reporting, ensuring that tools match the needs of the marketing team and Yandex Market overall
Initiate and lead development of the finance systems needed to optimize marketing processes, also managing stakeholder expectations and pipeline delivery
Introduce an approach to and policies for promo mechanics, day-to-day management of promo activities, and continuous improvement of promo processes and policies
Participate in the quarterly and annual budgeting process as the reference person for marketing, liaising with all other functions
Work with the marketing function on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the company’s goals are achieved
Work with HR and the C&B department to set KPI matrices, dimensions, and measures for the marketing team that are aligned with company needs
Review and provide finance guidance for cross-functional projects, including product initiatives, where there is relevance for marketing

University degree in economics, commerce, finance, or business administration, preferably from a first-tier school
Experience: 4+ years of total career experience, 2+ years in retail finance/marketing business partnerships/FPA
Proven track record of successfully delivering finance work products, including financial reporting and modeling
