You will engage with leads, understanding their needs and creating repeatable solutions to their machine learning challenges. You will work cross-functionally with our sales engineering, customer success, and other departments to drive value to your prospects, share best practices, and help scale the SMB segment.

Tasks that await you

  • Manage a full sales cycle from discovery to closing
  • Qualify leads and identify prospect needs
  • Represent and champion the customer inside Toloka
  • Engage with client stakeholders on a frequent and regular basis
  • Conduct demos, presentations, quotes, and proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Build and manage the pipeline by keeping records and reporting accurate sales forecasts
  • Deliver best practices across the sales process and insights into target audiences to develop scalable sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
  • Stay in touch with the product and its updates, work with key team members to develop sales expertise

We expect that you

  • 2+ years of experience in an account executive, account manager, or similar sales-focused role in a tech/SaaS company
  • Experience managing and closing numerous high-velocity deals with a sizeable total pipeline
  • Passion for building positive client relationships by taking timely actions
  • Penchant for teamwork, ability to work closely with the pre-sales engineer, CSM, and development teams
  • Familiarity with traditional SaaS sales tools like Outreach, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Personable yet professional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to dive into basic technical details
