Handling queries using the registration system
Performing initial diagnostics and categorizing customer issues
Updating customer queries with necessary information
Sending direct queries to partners
Collecting customer service feedback through centralized systems

Are proficient in computer operations

Possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate enthusiasm
