Service Desk Technician
We’re looking for a Technical Specialist with a demonstrated track record of resolving customer issues. If you have proven skills working with query systems and service desks, and are fluent in English and Serbian, we'd love to hear from you.

Tasks that await you

  • Handling queries using the registration system
  • Performing initial diagnostics and categorizing customer issues
  • Updating customer queries with necessary information
  • Sending direct queries to partners
  • Collecting customer service feedback through centralized systems

We expect that you

  • Are proficient in computer operations
  • Have expertise in handling help desk ticketing systems
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate enthusiasm
  • Are skilled in managing telephone communications
  • Are familiar with current IT technologies
  • Are fluent in English and Serbian
