Toloka is one of the world's largest crowdsourcing platforms, delivering efficient data labeling at scale. To advance our state-of-the-art crowdsourcing quality and performance, we’re looking for an experienced researcher to join our crowdsourcing research team.

We’re inviting experienced researchers with a background in computer science or econometrics to perform world-class practical and theoretical research with Toloka. We offer the chance to lead the research agenda and publish studies at top-tier international conferences on crowdsourcing, machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, and other topics.

Our team investigates and develops cutting-edge algorithms for efficient crowdsourcing in academic and industrial contexts. We presented tutorials at premier scientific conferences like NAACL-HLT '21, WWW '21, CVPR '20, SIGMOD '20, WSDM '20, and KDD '20 and also organized crowdsourcing workshops at VLDB '21 and NeurIPS '20. • Ph.D. or equivalent degree with a solid background in mathematics and algorithms
