Yandex is looking for a Senior Recruiter to source and attract candidates, conduct interviews, and develop and update job descriptions and specifications. Apply if you have 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter, a bachelor’s degree, and fluency in English, Serbian, and Russian.

• Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and more
• Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
• Brainstorm activities to attract candidates and build networks
• Interact with professional communities
• Onboard new employees
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote the company’s reputation as a top place to work

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English, Serbian, and Russian
• Experience in back-office positions
• Strong knowledge of the local market
