Senior Product Marketing Manager

Yandex Search helps millions of people daily by answering questions, translating text and videos, and even collaborating on creative tasks. To help with international markets, we’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of Yandex Search and its mobile version through all available channels, including Yandex Browser's app and web. In collaboration with the product team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the direction of Yandex’s search applications.

Collaboration on a marketing strategy and tactics for the app and web
You will handle strategies for promoting Yandex Search among different segments, audiences, and on different surfaces. You’ll define key messages and app and web advantages, select the most effective channels and formats for promotion, propose co-promotion partnerships, help improve ad performance, and use marketing tools at all funnel levels to enhance conversions.

Market and audience research
You will analyze target audiences—their needs, challenges, motivations, and obstacles—to work on segmented messaging and strategies. You’ll also handle Customer Journey Maps (CJM) and marketing funnels, and initiate segment-specific activities.

Budget management
You will plan budgets for marketing activities and assess their effectiveness.

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager
• Understand the app and web market landscape and key players
• Are skilled with various marketing tools and channels (performance, media, SMM, broad digital promos, and creative special projects)
• Think systematically and analytically and work effectively with metrics
• Can establish cross-team collaboration and motivate others to work on shared objectives
• Can work autonomously and make independent decisions
• Have an upper-intermediate or higher level of English to understand industry content, speak at conferences, write posts, and discuss products with partners
