Crowdsourcing is used to collect and annotate high-quality data (voice, text, image, or video) used in machine learning, research, testing, technical support, and moderation. Toloka’s crowd-labeled data is the core input for our customers across the areas of driverless vehicles, IT, e-commerce, online marketplaces, banks, manufacturing, and retail as well as other industries.

• Develop our software billing solutions, defining the future of billing software design
• Ensure solutions meet customers’ (B2B and B2C) business and technical needs, improving their billing processes
• Work with software engineers and other architects to define and refine the product structure to align with business, development, and product needs
• Work with customers and product line management to identify, refine, and translate customer needs into concrete technical requirements
• Help with the billing process at Toloka by ensuring that all bills are generated and sent out on time, tracking payments as they come in, and making sure everything is being recorded correctly
• Help manage relationship processes with vendors and suppliers by negotiating contracts, reviewing proposals, and ensuring that the company gets the best possible deals on the services and products it needs to operate

• 3+ years of experience in software design and engineering of a billing- or payment-related product
• Experience in management outsource and integration teams
• Technical project management experience
• Experience building sophisticated applications with multiple technical and business considerations
• Experience driving projects across the organization, presenting ideas, influencing, and building consensus in a group setting
