Senior Product and Growth Manager

As a Senior Product and Growth Manager, you will be part of a new and fast-growing global AdTech product. You will work with exceptional talent from many different backgrounds: back-end developers, data scientists, analysts, sales managers. You will be part of a global team operating across many regions, including Luzern, Belgrade, Tel Aviv, Shanghai, and Dubai.

Tasks that await you

  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of the AdTech platform
  • Drive roadmap execution through the entire product lifecycle, from vision to product roll-out
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, sales), and guide the team through key milestones
  • Research, refine, and document product requirements by collecting feedback from clients, partners, and business owners
  • Define, track, and analyze metrics that inform the success of the product
  • Manage multiple priorities, scale teams, and ensure that the organization is effective, healthy, and set up for success by establishing clear and measurable goals
  • Identify market opportunities through partner interviews and develop a product roadmap working cross-functionally
  • Align stakeholders, communicate the roadmap, convince peers, coordinate dependencies, and remove obstacles getting in the way of your team

We expect that you

  • 3+ years of product management or related industry experience
  • 2 years of experience in B2B tech companies, especially AdTech, MarTech, or e-commerce platforms
  • Proven success collaborating with sales, account management, solutions engineering, go-to-market, analytics, engineering, and UX teams
  • Experience analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data
  • Leadership, organizational, and execution skills
  • Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design

It'd be a plus if you

  • Experience leading digital marketing campaigns across the globe from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
  • Knowledge of Google, Facebook, and TikTok ad platforms
  • Start-up experience
  • Technical background
