We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (corporate law).

• Manage a variety of legal business matters, organizing and advising on appropriate legal action such as service and procurement contract support, leasing, IP transfer, data protection regulations, and communicating with regulatory authorities
• Apply relevant experience in practical areas like complex service transactions, commercial transactions, data protection regulation, intellectual property, compliance, and regulatory matters
• Manage the legal entities for the group of companies in the UAE (making corporate changes, obtaining new licenses, changing addresses and articles of association)
• Establish new legal entities and help with related processes (opening bank accounts, obtaining quotas for foreign employees)
• Act as an advisor on legal matters involving the company, including labor law, office maintenance, and IP issues, while also coordinating legal issues handled by outside counsel
• Negotiate with partners

• Law degree from a UAE university
• 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English
• Permanent residence in the UAE
• Solid risk assessment skills
• Thorough knowledge of legal research skills
• Proven ability to apply known legal principles to an unfamiliar set of facts
• Competence and confidence to influence, persuade, communicate, and negotiate
• Demonstrated track record in managing relationships with outside counsel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask

• Experience working with an IT company
• Fluency in Russian
