Sales Team Lead, Delivery
Yango provides companies and individuals with high-end solutions for speedy and convenient ride-hailing and delivery services from groceries to furniture.

It operates in over 600 large cities across 17 countries around the world, and in 2021 we launched our logistics services in Tel Aviv.

We are on the hunt for a new member of our B2B department. The perfect candidate would play a crucial role in our sales team in Israel.

Tasks that await you

  • Lead the team of Sales Development Representatives and Account managers
  • Organize the work of the team and increase its efficiency, sales results, and client retention indicators
  • Maintain and develop corporate sales work standards and tools
  • Stimulate order volume growth through personal involvement in sales and client support
  • Come up with growth-hacking solutions, develop new areas for product development and client attraction
  • Lead the team of Sales Development Representatives and Account managers

We expect that you

  • Strong business development and managerial skills
  • Ability to execute complex projects with different parties and teams
  • Productive team leader able to guide and support both team spirit and business results
  • Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • Experience using multiple sales tools, like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of dead-end leads
  • Ability and eagerness to close deals using complex market research and focus on continued learning and improvement
  • Fluent Hebrew and English (Russian is a plus)
