We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager to join our International Sales Department in the US to sell advertising to US-based customers. The Sales and Business Development Manager will lead sales, onboarding and relationship management for new Mobile Yandex customers in the US. To succeed in this role, you will need to build and execute strategies to bring on new US customers, including prospecting, relationship development, product presentation, contract negotiations, and closing. You will also be responsible for supervising account management and delivery of services after closing.
Your leadership qualities will help you reach goals through working constructively and collaboratively with internal stakeholders and customers.

In this position, you will:

  • Drive new revenue and build and maintain relationships with customers with a strong focus on mobile publishers, SaaS and e-commerce accounts;
  • Plan business growth, identify opportunities and pursue them to successful closure;
  • Engage with customers to promote Yandex advertising tools and solutions;
  • Meet potential customers, create sales pitches and decks, identify key decision makers;
  • Effectively sell to all levels of management in these accounts;
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue for new accounts and report progress in the assigned region.

What we are looking for:

  • US citizenship or valid residency and work permit;
  • Native English and fluent Russian;
  • Bachelor's or equivalent 4-year degree;
  • 3+ years of experience in online advertising sales and business development roles;
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile app ecosystems and the digital advertising market in Russia and the US;
  • Experience with Yandex.Direct, myTarget, Google Ads, or Facebook Ads.
