Tasks that await you
- Develop personal connections and maintain business relationships with business clients requiring parcel delivery
- Expand our client database
- Proactively find new potential clients online and elsewhere
- Be aware of the difficulties clients face, understand their pains, and manage their expectations
- Explain our business model, product and operational processes, and work to clients, staying abreast of all changes
- Coordinate project implementation (operational process deployment, product launch)
- Help design and implement the terms and cooperation schemes that Yandex builds with its clients
We expect that you
- Flawless written and spoken communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work solo and as a productive team member
- Experience working with clients and identifying their problems
- Fluency in and English
