Sales Manager in Serbia

Yandex Delivery is a delivery service that gets parcels where they need to be quickly, safely, and affordably. It operates in over 600 large cities across 17 countries and is now available in Serbia.

We are looking for a Sales Manager for our Belgrade sales department. To succeed in this role, you will need to build and execute strategies to bring in new customers, including prospecting, relationship development, product presentation, contract negotiations, and closing. Your leadership qualities will help you reach goals by working constructively with internal stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop personal connections and maintain business relationships with business clients requiring parcel delivery
  • Expand our client database
  • Proactively find new potential clients online and elsewhere
  • Be aware of the difficulties clients face, understand their pains, and manage their expectations
  • Explain our business model, product and operational processes, and work to clients, staying abreast of all changes
  • Coordinate project implementation (operational process deployment, product launch)
  • Help design and implement the terms and cooperation schemes that Yandex builds with its clients

Qualifications:

  • Flawless written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work solo and as a productive team member
  • Experience working with clients and identifying their problems
  • Fluency in Serbian and English
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Fluency in Russian
