Sales Manager
Our B2B department is on the hunt for a new member to cover different locations. This is a unique opportunity for a self-driven, fast-paced professional willing to grow the business in their country by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and developing existing customers.

Tasks that await you

  • Own part of the business’s demand side, including business development, sales, account management, pricing policy, integrations, and strategic partnerships
  • Lead, hire, and coach younger sales and business development professionals to ensure the strongest team on the market
  • Identify and execute on new sources of business growth
  • Develop personal connections and maintain business relationships with clients
  • Monitor client growth, manage their expectations, up-sell and cross-sell our product portfolio, and ensure a complex and effective pricing policy
  • Design and continuously improve processes and tools that impact efficiency for sales operations: CRM, dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and playbooks
  • Work with the supply side (operations team) to identify key customers' operational needs and design their preferred solutions
  • Collaborate with the product, operations, and support teams to ensure client needs are the central axis of collaboration

We expect that you

  • Have a hands-on attitude and track record of client development and successfully closing deals
  • Have flawless communication skills, both written and oral
  • Have a demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day
  • Understand unit economics, technology-driven marketplaces, operational efficiency, marketing, and finance
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and preference for start-up environments over corporate structures
  • Know how to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other business development tools to identify and track potential clients
  • Fluently speak both your local language and English

It'd be a plus if you

  • Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Have 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
  • Have 1-3 years of experience in a rapidly growing tech startup
