Manage large projects
Build project requirements, prioritize projects by their impact on business metrics, divide them into MVP and target solution stages, and compile documentation
Plan resources for each team
Manage the business, product, and development teams
Work closely with the operations team
Review and build processes
Speak with a variety of people to build a vision for dashboard numbers and offline processes
Compile dashboards
Take complete responsibility for results, including need and impact

3+ years in project management
Experience running full-cycle projects, from hypothesis to impact evaluation and review
Capable of effectively managing cross-functional teams
Capable of planning projects, breaking them down into stages and tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines in a highly fluid environment
Able to see the big picture
Capable of making decisions based on large quantities or a dearth of data
Achievement-oriented, looking to grow and cultivate others
