Product Marketing Manager

As the ideal candidate, you have experience taking innovative technical products and solutions to market. You will be responsible for managing the product marketing for a portfolio of solutions and collaborating with team members in product development, business development, and marketing to execute the overall plan. Tasks that await you

  • Collaborate with product development to turn technical products into ready-for-market SAAS solutions, including developing product canvases, value propositions, key messages, product playbooks, and buyer personas
  • Create complete suites of collateral for each Toloka solution, including brochures, slide decks, web content, and videos
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies and new product launches for Toloka solutions
  • Coordinate with the product development and customer experience teams to communicate new features to existing customers
  • Help deliver training to internal teams when new solutions and features are being rolled out
  • Collaborate with content marketing team members to craft and implement customer journey maps that engage, educate, and entice prospective customers, contribute to the development of associated content pieces as needed
  • Ensure global brand standards and quality are maintained across all marketing deliverables
  • Act as an internal consultant to the organization with respect to visual brand, language, tone, and more for customer-facing communications

We expect that you

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a gift for helping customers understand how our solutions will make their lives easier
  • Thorough understanding of how to segment audiences and develop buyer personas that paint a vivid picture of the ideal target customer
  • Proven background taking new products to market as well as managing product marketing throughout the full product lifecycle
  • Understanding of how to design and deliver compelling and engaging customer journeys using a variety of tactics, including digital, email, content marketing, and social media
  • 3+ years of experience as a marketing professional with a specific focus on B2B and software-as-a-service product marketing
  • Experience in at least one of IT, AI, and FinTech
  • An understanding of AI/ML technology and/or intuition about how to create content for machine learning engineers
