Procurement Team Lead

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Procurement Team Lead to support the setup of new offices and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is well-versed in procurement and eager to learn and grow.
Tasks that await you
Purchase management
You will investigate the needs of internal teams, analyze the market, identify suppliers, and run tenders for equipment and services. You will work with providers, collect pricing data, approve delivery and payment terms, and finalize contracts. Your responsibilities will also include placing and tracking orders, managing supplier documentation, and working in Oracle.

Procurement team management
You will train and support the procurement team, optimize procurement processes and cooperation with internal stakeholders, and oversee the implementation of the procurement strategy.
We expect that you
- Have basic knowledge of procurement sourcing and purchasing
- Have experience in the procurement of services
- Have 5+ years of experience as a procurement manager in an international company
- Are sociable and proactive, with an analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Know how to use your time efficiently
- Are fluent in Russian and English
- Have a solid background using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
