• Have a university degree
• Are experienced in operational work, understand it well, and have organized effective interactions with law enforcement and other government agencies
• Have worked in the security services of commercial enterprises with geographically distributed businesses for at least three years
• Have effectively managed a security unit (at least 50 direct subordinates) for at least three years
• Have launched facilities from scratch
• Have built and applied systems for the monitoring and accounting of contractual obligation fulfillment by private security companies
• Have organized the training and education of security staff
• Know the features of access control systems, fire alarm systems, security alarms, and have used them
• Have prepared regulatory documentation for general security and anti-terrorism security
• Have prepared and carried out procurement (tender) procedures related to physical security
• Have developed budgets for physical security
• Are fluent in Serbian and have conversational English skills
