Handle payroll administration, including preparation of monthly salary slips, monthly wage tax returns, and annual tax statements for employees
Provide information for monthly payment requirements to tax authorities and employees
Monitor and apply all relevant legal and tax regulations regarding salaries and other income earned by employees and external personnel
Update entries and control all data relevant to wages, benefits, prescribed taxes and contributions, and other employee benefits
Take responsibility for preparing and interpreting salary compensation (sick leave, annual vacations, maternity leave, reimbursement of transportation expenses)
Take responsibility for data confidentiality within the scope of the work
Help develop and improve internal processes and procedures
Closely cooperate with the HR department for tasks related to employees
Calculate salaries and all other payments related to employment
Administer all documents related to salary calculation
Handle statistical reports and ad-hoc reporting based on specific management requests
Improve processes
We expect that you
5+ years of experience in the payroll domain
Fluency in the local language and English
Familiarity with local payroll software
Experience with tax benefits in the payroll domain
It'd be a plus if you
Familiarity with OEBS/SAP or another global ERP system
