Your focus will be taking care of our offices in Belgrade.

Tasks that await you

  • Monitor offices for cleanliness, order, repairs, and the state of furniture
  • Ensure that goods and services (cleaning, florist, technical, and other contractors) are provided on time and at a satisfactory level of quality
  • Plan purchases and order services, analyzing the market and reviewing supplier offers
  • Place and receive orders and services for everything needed at the office
  • Interact with contractors and suppliers, negotiating and otherwise acting on behalf of the company
  • Draw up terms and tender requirements for suppliers, conclude and administer agreements and amendments
  • Check invoices and closing documents
  • Monitor appliances, bring in contractors for repair and upkeep when needed, inventory available stocks, pull from stock, and document all usage
  • Plan and execute the budget and track expenses
  • Set up accounts and agreements in our internal ORACLE system
  • Interact with finance, legal, engineering, and other departments within the company
  • Streamline work processes

We expect that you

  • Higher education
  • Fluency in Russian and Serbian
  • 3+ years of experience working in an AXO service or as an admin office manager
  • Experience planning and overseeing an office budget and tracking expenses
  • Deep familiarity with primary documentation
  • Strong PC skills and proficiency with MS Office, including Excel (pivot tables)
  • Experience managing projects and working with contractors
  • Ability to work with large information streams and multitask
  • Ability to set priorities
