Media Team Lead
We are the international division of Yandex Eats, one of the largest online food and grocery delivery services operating both in Russia and international markets. We are growing rapidly, scaling our business in different countries, and looking for a strong leader who will help build effective media strategies in international markets.
Tasks that await you
Media strategy
You will develop and implement comprehensive media strategies for offline and online channels. You will also manage the media budget, including the strategic allocation of investments across channels. Additionally, you will build internal processes and improve planning, purchasing, and reporting.

Marketing campaign launches
You will oversee the launch of national and local advertising campaigns, track effectiveness, and optimize results. You will also collaborate with local marketing teams, creatives, analysts, and external agencies.
Analytics
You will monitor competition in the media field and implement best practices, and also further develop and implement new monitoring systems in international markets.
We expect that you
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning
- Are a strategic thinker and good with numbers
- Understand principles of operation of various channels: digital (programmatic, social, video), OOH, TV, radio, and printed media
- Possess at least Upper-Intermediate English
- Are proactive, structured, and can work in conditions of uncertainty
