Tasks that await you
- Managing a variety of legal business matters, organizing and advising on appropriate legal action, such as service and procurement contract support, leases, IP transfers, and data protection regulations, and communicating with regulatory authorities
- Applying relevant experience in practical areas, including complex service transactions, commercial transactions, data protection regulation, intellectual property, compliance, and labor and regulatory matters
- Managing the legal entities for the group of companies located in the UAE (establishing and managing legal entities and assisting with related processes)
- Acting as an advisor on legal matters involving the company, as well as coordinating legal issues handled by outside counsel
- Negotiating with partners
We expect that you
- Have a law degree from a university in the UAE
- Have three to four years of relevant experience
- Are fluent in English
- Are a permanent resident in the UAE
- Have solid risk assessment skills
- Have thorough knowledge of legal research skills
- Possess a proven ability to apply known legal principles to an unfamiliar set of facts
- Have the competence and confidence to influence, persuade, communicate, and negotiate
- Have a demonstrated track record in managing relationships with outside counsel
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask
It'd be a plus if you
- Have experience working in an IT company
- Are fluent in Russian
