Legal Counsel
We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to manage legal matters related to our operations in Armenia. In this role, you'll support the group’s legal entities, advise on various business and regulatory issues, and collaborate with internal teams and external counsel.
Tasks that await you
Legal support
You will manage a variety of business-related legal matters, including labor, service, and procurement contracts; lease agreements, data protection compliance, communications with regulatory authorities, and negotiations with partners.

Group company legal management
You will oversee our legal entities in Armenia — from establishment to ongoing legal processes — ensuring compliance and coordination across the group.
Legal counseling
You will advise on a wide range of legal issues, including labor law and office operations, and coordinate with external legal counsel on specialized matters.
We expect that you
- Hold a law degree from an Armenian university
- Bring at least 3 years of relevant legal experience
- Are fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian
- Have permanent resident status in Armenia
- Possess strong risk assessment and legal research skills
- Can apply legal principles to unfamiliar situations
- Communicate, negotiate, and influence confidently and competently
- Have experience managing relationships with external counsel
- Are highly organized and capable of multitasking and prioritizing
Preferred qualifications
- Have previous experience working at an IT company
