The regular workflow of the KAM is: Contact, nurture, and follow up with SQLs > convert SQLs to opportunities > win

Tasks that await you

  • Meet with prospects, demonstrating the advantages and values of our product suite, addressing their business needs, and promoting our suite of tools
  • Be the first point of contact for our most important customers and be in constant touch with them as the deal is being closed
  • Maximize the revenue from every account through the closing process
  • Keep all updates and records carefully in your CRM, keeping conversion rates high
  • Work directly with carsharing services, leasing companies, insurance companies, car rentals, taxi companies, and delivery companies on their day-to-day problems and operations
  • Help a wide range of clients select the product packages that will elevate their business to new heights
  • Help launch pilot programs with opportunities and set up onboarding
  • Be confident, skillful, eloquent, and creative, never let an objection go unaddressed, be punctual, and act with precision to close deals

We expect that you

  • Experience using the following tools: Salesforce, MS Office, Google Apps
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent Czech or German
  • Demonstrated KPIs: Conversion to opportunity, Opportunity conversion rate, ARPU, Churn rate

It'd be a plus if you

  • Fluent Russian
