Tasks that await you
Strategic problem solving
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex challenges, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions that drive measurable improvements in business operations.
Building effective business models You'll define operational frameworks and strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals. You’ll also help fine-tune processes to increase efficiency and support long-term growth.
Managing high-impact projects You'll be responsible for multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, and maintaining transparency while establishing streamlined processes and fostering collaboration to deliver results on time and within scope.
We expect that you
- Experience in management consulting (Big 3 or Big 4) or in-house consulting, strategy, or project management teams
- Proven ability to both develop strategies and implement them successfully
- Excellent skills in structuring information and presenting results clearly
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive meaningful change
- Adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in English, including the ability to discuss professional topics
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
