About the role

Marketing is a key element of Yandex.Cloud’s success. Understanding the power of our services, the needs and desires of our target audience, and market competition, you will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy with a primary focus on the EU region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a Yandex.Cloud international marketing strategy from scratch to articulate the Yandex.Cloud value proposition
  • Conduct marketing/customer research to gain insights into business and technical audiences as well as the appeal the Yandex.Cloud offer holds for them
  • Collaborate closely with the Product, Business Development, and Sales teams as well as the v-team of channel marketing professionals (MarCom, Content, Events, PR, and others) to choose the right marketing mix and execute solid go-to-market plans to meet respective business KPIs
  • Develop sales kits that include emails, presentations, whitepapers, and other materials for the sales teams
  • Analyze the effectiveness of ongoing marketing activities in terms of ROMI

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B or developer marketing
  • Deep knowledge of the EU cloud market
  • Experience launching brand-new digital products (preferably B2B) in the EU region
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Analytical mindset to support data-driven decisions while working with large quantities of information from a variety of sources
  • A willingness to work with ambiguity and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
  • Effective influencing and relationship-building skills for communicating with local and geographically distributed teams
  • Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Russian, French, German, Spanish, or another European language preferred
