International Customer Support Specialist (London)
Yango Deli is an e-grocery delivery service with customers who contact customer service every day to ask questions, leave complaints, and give us ideas for how to improve the user experience. We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist in London who will respond to requests and offer assistance to Yandex customers.

Tasks that await you

  • promptly process requests;
  • communicate with couriers and warehouses to solve possible problems;
  • develop processes and tools for how to improve customer service quality.

We expect that you

  • can work from 17:00 to 01:00 (and 50% of weekends each month);
  • type quickly and accurately in English;
  • have the requisite organizational and multi-tasking skills to handle large amounts of data;
  • be confident and competent enough to make decisions independently.

It'd be a plus if you

  • experience in customer service;
  • experience in social media marketing;
  • passionate about learning.
