Yandex Ads specializes in solutions that help mobile app developers monetize their products. Easy Monetization is a young, fast-growing service that supports publishers with expert tools for maximizing ad revenue. We’re now looking for a highly motivated intern to help scale our operations in the CIS region.
Tasks that await you
Sales and partnership efforts
You will assist in outbound partner outreach, including contact search, client presentations, and aligning our offering with client needs. Together with the Business Development Manager, you'll help build a sales pipeline in a defined territory.

Product and service promotion
You will conduct competitive research using various methods to support product positioning and shape sales scenarios. Your work will help inform the product development backlog.
Feedback and reporting
You will participate in regular sales activity updates and provide customer feedback to identify needs and opportunities for growth.
Team collaboration
You will work closely with growth, marketing, and product teams to plan regional efforts, and also take part in cross-functional projects as needed.

- Are fluent in English and Russian
- Have strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Are detail-oriented and well-organized with good time management
- Work independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team
