We’re looking for an experienced Head of Logistics for our office in Tel Aviv, a place where creativity, technology, and data come together. And yes, while we’re eager to bring in the most talented experts in the game, we also want the perfect Yandex fit. Ultimately, we’re looking for a unique individual who can strengthen our team.

• Develop and manage our operations team of approximately 20+ FTEs
• Formulate, manage, and monitor our operations using metrics while diagnosing and improving processes, procedures, and operational performance
• Take responsibility for HR-related issues like recruitment and performance evaluation within your department and coordinate with the HR department and other agencies
• Manage our service level agreements
• Bring value to our customers and partners with proactive initiatives and process improvements with the aim of increasing quality, safety, inventory, and lead time
• Focus on continuous improvement techniques, quality, productivity improvement, and cost control within operations
• Resolve issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions
• Be responsible for weekly/monthly reports such as headcount and forecast

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Experience in retail or e-commerce
• A university degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or similar (MBA preferred)
• High focus with the ability to create and develop smooth and timely delivery operations
• Proactivity and self-motivation to solve problems, comfort with a high degree of responsibility in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
