We’re looking for a strong Head of Operations to grow the Yandex international advertising business. You’ll be responsible for coordinating project growth and team interactions, ensuring the execution of project decisions and tasks, and effectively managing risks.

As the Head of Operations, your skills in finding effective solutions and aligning team processes are highly valued. You'll be expected to seamlessly adapt business processes to both external and internal changes, while maintaining a steady business rhythm.

• Maintaining and supporting the business rhythm of the International Department
• Participating in planning and updating schedules for key projects
• Coordinating process automation projects
• Tracking projects and initiatives within the department
• Monitoring project progress, predicting potential delays, and taking steps to proactively avoid them
• Initiating and leading short and long-term work plans to achieve optimal operational performance and develop the most efficient infrastructure for scaling our business
• Analyzing the effectiveness of project stages and results, including key project KPIs
• Setting up and monitoring reports on project implementation
• Following up to make sure decisions are implemented and coordinating the work of project teams
• Supporting the process of forecasting results and analyzing discrepancies in actual outcomes
• Coordinating the work of the legal department
