• Translating projects into numbers to numerically evaluate the business impact of each project
• Identifying pain points and bottlenecks in growth across the international team in all functions
• Coming up with projects that grow the business and leading their execution together with cross-functional teams you assemble
• Leading and directing cross-functional teams in all business units focused on growth
• Analyzing and challenging current beliefs about how the business should operate
• Improving current processes and addressing inefficiencies to contribute to business growth
