Together with the team, you will run daily operations in order to achieve the company's targeted growth in Israel.
Tasks that await you
participate in developing Deli by Yango branches;
assess the locations of existing stores, identify opportunities for growth or location changes, and create an annual goal plan;
act as the main point of contact for construction and real estate partners and vendors;
execute development of new stores and areas based on strategic planning: find new real estate deals, perform market analysis, forecast sales, negotiate terms, coordinate and finalize contracts, etc.;
develop the company's overall growth strategy, such as plans for new operations with selection criteria for candidate stores and priority;
review provisional earnings statements and investment analysis for new store candidate locations to pursue better results in financial KPIs;
mentor and train other members within the team.
We expect that you
strong local connections with decision makers at major real estate developers and retail stores;
ability to control negotiations with vendors and real estate companies/developers for store openings;
bargaining power with rich experience in coordinating and communicating with design firms and construction firms;
management skills for enforcing contracts for store openings;
at least 3 years of retail development and business development experience preferred;
enthusiasm and creative thinking to maintain and improve brand quality.
