Operations Manager (Coffee Delivery)
Yango Deli, one of the Yandex Group’s most successful business units, is in search of a highly professional and organized Operations Manager for their coffee delivery service in London, UK. This is a multi-unit retail management position responsible for developing and executing the coffee delivery service to meet customer needs and tastes.
- implement and manage a supply chain process;
- manage the inventory policy;
- minimize write-offs;
- introduce a system for collecting analytical data;
- analyze reports based on metrics for deliveries, sales, and losses;
- develop and implement a tool for managing the beverage assortment;
- build quality standards and implement tools to control them;
- analyze the operational process, collect feedback from all participants, and implement changes to make the process easier, more cost-effective, and more convenient;
- budget project work, monitor budget execution, and implement initiatives to increase profits;
- regularly communicate with other departments.
- 2+ years experience organizing restaurant/café processes;
- background implementing process automation systems (preferably related to logistics and movement of goods);
- in-depth knowledge of restaurant device processes;
- ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
