International Support Manager

Our search portal support service is looking for a team member who will handle end-to-end customer service, build support for an international product, interact with the product team, and work to streamline business processes.

In this position, you will:

  • work with the international product team;
  • set up support processes for users from around the world;
  • build a support team capable of working with users in English and other languages;
  • bring long-term projects to life and delegate work to adjacent teams followed by monitoring and measuring its execution;
  • manage changes and roll out new tools for the support team;
  • improve customer service for your product;
  • analyze bulk data, work with existing metrics, and build new ones.

You are a good fit if you:

  • have work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
  • have experience building support services or similar functions (moderation, content creation) independently or on a contract basis for an international company;
  • be able to work multiculturally;
  • know the basics of project management;
  • have a B2 or better command of English to facilitate communication with team members in different countries, native speakers included, as well as company clients;
  • speak and write clearly and correctly in Russian;
  • maintain high standards of responsibility and timeliness for yourself and others;
  • multitask without sacrificing productivity;
  • make decisions on your own;
  • enjoy learning from others as well as independently;
  • have an analytical mindset that prioritizes attention to detail.

Bonus points if you:

  • have worked with or managed geographically distributed and remote teams;
  • have worked in customer support;
  • are familiar with best practices and cutting-edge trends in the customer service industry;
  • speak other non-English languages at any fluency level, including Spanish, French, and Turkish.
