Yango users contact our customer service team every day with questions, complaints and ideas for improving the user experience. We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will respond to requests and offer assistance to Yango customers.
Tasks that await you
promptly process requests;
communicate with customers, drivers and partners to solve possible problems;
develop processes and tools to improve the quality of customer service.
We expect that you
strong writing skills in Norwegian and English (write quickly without mistakes);
organizational skills for handling large amounts of data and multi-tasking;
confidence and competence to make decisions independently.
