We’re looking for a Head of Services to manage provisioning services in our Serbian offices and implement best practices in our office spaces. Join us if you’re fluent in Russian and Serbian, have managed a large team, and have developed provisioning services in large offices.

Service development
You’ll develop provisioning and maintenance services for Yandex offices in Serbia, monitor the service performance and office conditions according to company standards, build and oversee the department's operations, and take responsibility for personal and team results.

Work with contractors
You’ll work with contractors for cleaning, landscaping, catering, and other provisioning services.

• Have managed an office provisioning and maintenance team for at least five years
• Are fluent in Russian and Serbian
• Have planned and defended budgets, and handled accounting and cost analytics
• Are proficient with computers, especially MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and have created and held presentations
• Are willing to travel
• Can effectively multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize
• Think critically, analytically, and structurally
• Are punctual, responsible, attentive, and ready to make decisions independently
• Are results-oriented and ready to be accountable for them
• Are able to work independently and in a team
