Financial Controller

Manage all accounting operations in corporate systems, including timely financial statements and regulatory reporting
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting, including all consolidated accounting modules
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
Lead the integration of new business with corporate and local accounting systems from a finance perspective
Liaise with senior management and peers in the business, finance, and IT to lead the design and development of systems to improve and automate processes
Liaise with internal and external auditors
Reconcile balance sheets and P&L accounts regularly
Manage all requests to and from local tax advisors and outsourcers, including payroll and social package providers
Lead all financial processes and procedures, including purchasing for local entities and docflow for local and management accounting, support business requests from a finance perspective
Support month-/year-end close processes

English, Russian, and German fluency
Proven experience as a financial controller
5+ years of overall finance experience, including at an international corporation
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Experience with general ledger functions and month-/year-end close processes
Advanced Excel proficiency
ERP experience
Strong influencing, facilitation, and communication skills
