We’re looking for a financial analyst, someone who can create new forms of reporting and has experience in management reporting.

• Help prepare a management reporting pack on a monthly basis, consolidating financial results into analytical reports and presentation materials
• Perform plan-fact analysis, explaining the underlying reasons for key discrepancies between forecasted and actual values and outlining the key drivers of PnL evolution and structure
• Prepare SOX controls for the PnL’s revenue and incentives lines, performing monthly reconciliation checks between the reporting systems, identifying differences, and providing responses to internal and external auditors
• Participate in the month-end closing process, working in cooperation with the US GAAP reporting team to ensure accuracy of financial statements, particularly PnLs
• Update the methodology used for management accounting and make changes to the financial systems if necessary
• Address ad hoc requests from management

• Advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, pivot tables)
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with all standard financial statements
• Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP accounting principles
• Prior experience working with financial systems
• Fluent written English (upper-intermediate or higher)

• Bachelor's degree from a top five finance university
• Professional certificates (CIMA/ACCA/CFA/…)
• 4+ years of relevant experience at a major international company
• Power BI and VBA expertise
