We’re looking for an analyst to work in our finance department. If analysis is in your blood, and you can crunch numbers and pick out what’s most important from a data set, this is the job for you.

• Build and maintain our long-term financial model and budget
• Compile and consolidate service budgets, analyze forecasts on a quarterly basis
• Support and improve financial models the services need to launch new projects
• Work with the business development department to work through new project launches
• Assist with M&A
• Analyze monetization and unit economics
• Set up and automate financial processes for new projects
• Consolidate budgets
• Prepare presentations and other materials for management
• Prepare market analysis and news overviews as needed

• Economics, finance, or technical degree
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis
• Strong familiarity with management reporting forms and how they interact with each other (PL, CF, BS)
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and diagrams
• Strong PowerPoint proficiency
• Knowledge of Russian accounting standards, GAAP, reporting consolidation, and cost allocation
• Experience building complex financial models
• Upper-intermediate or better English proficiency

• Experience working with Hyperion, Anaplan, and other financial systems
• Experience with automation
• Excellent knowledge of corporate finance and understanding of how to value IT companies
