We are looking for you to join our great global team as an Employee Experience Manager. In this position, you will be part of the shared services our team is providing to our technological business units. Based in our Israel offices, you will lead the employee experience and internal communications across our different businesses.

• Simplify complex business information and produce engaging and effective communication content for multiple audiences across the company
• Design initiatives and projects that drive engagement and act as their program manager, ensuring detailed hands-on execution in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
• Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal communication channels to support the company’s people processes (all-hands, recognition, performance, training, and other engagement programs)
• Ensure that internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages and support a world-class brand
• Provide internal communication guidelines across businesses units around important messages and company goals, coaching regional experience liaisons on all related matters
• Plan and execute all local site experience activity in Israel, including community volunteering, the engagement strategy, and related communications and events
• Manage the company’s internal social community channel

• 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or marketing with a focus on internal communications
• Relevant university degree (English, writing, communications, marketing)
• Advanced English proficiency
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew, proven experience in corporate internal communications and/or employee experience
• Strong operational, multi-tasking, and project management skills, ability to drive multiple projects at a time in a structured and organized manner
• Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically as required
• Good personal engagement and collaboration skills, ability to build trust and engagement with managers, employees, and stakeholders
• Strong creative thinking and design skills

• Master’s or other graduate degree
