You will work as an individual contributor preparing the company for security certifications, improving security processes, managing local controls, and communicating with the market and clients to facilitate customer trust.

• Build an effective information security management system according to ISO and other international standards and local laws, integrating security at all organizational levels and facilitating continuous improvement
• Manage security operations such as vulnerability remediation, security monitoring, and incident response and organize regular security activities (audits, awareness, etc.)
• Support the business team as they resolve customer security and compliance issues, communicate with authorities and professional communities, and provide feedback to product teams
• Manage implementation for global security initiatives, foster internal knowledge exchange, and contribute to global security practices
• Promote platform security and spread awareness of cloud security principles through the market, speaking at events and writing articles on the cloud security principle

• Engineering or technical B.Sc. degree
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity and risk management, threat analytics, security architecture, and/or GRC
• Deep understanding and ability to manage compliance with multiple standards of security frameworks: ISO, SOC, PCI DSS, CSA STAR, etc.
• Experience building security processes from scratch or managing major process changes
• Understanding of the shared responsibility model and cloud specifics, experience with cloud-native security solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Hebrew

• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps practices
• Familiarity with privacy laws, regulations (PPL, GRDP), and principles
• Experience with external audits
• Experience with public speaking
• Active role in Israeli security communities
• Certifications like CISSP or CISM
