Yango Delivery is a Yandex division responsible for the development and growth of its last-mile operations. The division provides last-mile delivery services and offers its clients on-demand, same-day and next-day delivery services.

The experience and technology driving Yango has changed consumer perceptions about what delivery can be. Urban logistics are now faster and more convenient than ever, letting you choose the time, track the couriers and make deliveries to customers easier.

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly process customer requests;
  • Communicate with customers, drivers/couriers and partners to solve possible problems;
  • Develop processes and tools to improve the quality of customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Strong writing skills in English or local language
  • Organisational skills for handling large amounts of data and multi-tasking;
  • Confidence and competence to make decisions independently.
