Yandex Drivematics is a game-changing ecosystem of products for fleet management that grew out of internal solutions built for Yandex.Drive. These products helped our carsharing service become the largest in the world as well as the only profitable one, and we’re now releasing our developments for a wide range of mobility companies in the EU and CIS.

Our concept is to use a set of hardware, software, and operational tools in the day-to-day operations of fleets and related businesses of all sizes. Drivematics represents new opportunities for carsharing services, leasing companies, ride-hailing apps, deliveries, car rentals, and corporate fleets. We have learned a lot and are ready to show our clients how to deal with aggressive driving, predict road accidents, prevent theft and fraud, remotely monitor the condition of the car, and automate these and other processes.

Drivematics is an internal Yandex startup, so everyone who joins at this stage will be able to participate in the creation of a truly revolutionary product and enter international markets while skipping the complex organizational structure. You’ll have the opportunity to directly influence the business, test your theories, and shape processes with complete freedom while having all the advantages and stability of working in an IT corporation.

Tasks that await you

  • Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
  • Work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and improve on areas of dissatisfaction
  • Provide technical support to customers with the goal of keeping customers satisfied with the business’s products
  • Constantly monitor product usage by our customers and ensure maximum efficiency for our product
  • Work directly with carsharing services, leasing companies, insurance companies, car rentals, taxi companies, and delivery companies on their day-to-day problems and operations
  • Maintain all updates and records carefully in your CRM, keeping retention high and churn low
  • Work with our technical teams and KAMs during customer onboarding and oversee installation schedules as well as integration procedures
  • Build long-term relationships and identify potential problems, educate companies in the mobility industry on how to maximize their profits and improve their operations, and show your patient, analytical side as well as a predisposition to constantly seek opportunities

We expect that you

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or related roles
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent Czech or German
  • Experience working with a brand image and promoting value through the customer experience
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Deep understanding of customer concerns and thoughts regarding product usage as well as the ability to troubleshoot as needed

It'd be a plus if you

  • Fluent Russian
