Customer Success Manager

As a customer-driven product, Toloka.ai dedicates a customer success team to ensure enterprise clients are getting the most out of the platform. The Customer Success Manager acts as the primary team driver, looking after select clients by leveraging the internal team’s crowd expertise.

Tasks that await you

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with international clients
  • Develop and implement growth strategies within client companies
  • Manage crowdsourcing pilot projects with clients
  • Coordinate and define the requirements international clients have for collecting labeled data
  • Leverage internal resources to assist clients
  • Evaluate speed and quality results for data labeling
  • Present projects and features
  • Update client information to share with team members
  • Answer questions from clients and users in clear and correct English
  • Attend meetings with partners from different time zones
  • Consult international clients and coach them on effective crowdsourcing In this position, you will interact with:
  • Crowd solutions architects (technical manager and crowd expert) to ensure that client projects are successful based on agreed metrics
  • Developers and testing engineers to make sure that data labeling tools are working correctly and plan new features
  • Internal and external clients, including representatives of international companies, to provide them with consulting, discuss business tasks, help them create projects, check settings, and troubleshoot when something goes wrong
  • Users collecting and processing data
  • Available training to gain expertise in our products and services

We expect that you

  • Experience in the data science/AI field
  • Practical understanding of machine learning and AI algorithms
  • Basic programming experience in Python or Java
  • Experienced presenter
  • Competent leading discussions and recording results
  • Fluent conversational English and business writing skills
  • Highly independent
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with tolerance for multitasking
  • Ability to cope with a wide range of tasks (from managerial to technical)
  • Passion for learning and self-development

It'd be a plus if you

  • Experience as a data scientist or product manager for an AI product
  • Experience configuring and launching projects in Toloka
  • Willingness to work with evolving requirements in rapidly developing services
  • Flexibility for irregular work hours in force majeure situations
