We’re currently looking for a Crowd Solutions Architect to run projects for Toloka’s international partners. You’ll be mastering the fundamentals of crowdsourcing and eventually becoming an expert.

• Create, test, and support processes for collecting and processing data
• Analyze how these processes work, and how users behave as they work through them
• Assess data collection speed and the quality of your assessments
• Run experiments and studies, dig into their results, and draw conclusions
• Help international clients with the crowd, explaining our processes to them and performers clearly and in English
• Participate in meetings with partners located in different time zones (the U.S., China)

• Experience working with big data
• Ability to write scripts in Python, Java, or Groovy
• Ability to speak with analysts and developers in their language
• Capacity to run multiple projects at the same time
• Fluent written and spoken English

• Experience working with the crowd
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of machine learning
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ability to work as part of a team, set priorities, and ensure that work gets done on time
• Ability to work in the context of fluid requirements and rapidly developing services
