In a nutshell, you will be the CEO for a local startup in a new country. This is a unique opportunity for a self-driven, fast-paced professional willing to design a go-to-market strategy, build teams, scale, and deliver business in your country. You will be responsible for execution and end-to-end results with complete P&L accountability.

The Country Manager will not be making that journey alone, as your direct reports will include the head of commerce, the head of operations, marketing experts, customer support specialists, and many others. You will report to the head of the macroregion.

• Define and execute a company strategy in your country
• Launch sales and operations
• Exercise full ownership over P&L, taking control of unit economics while prioritizing growth to increase market share
• Build and manage cross-functional and eventually cross-border teams
• Continuously improve the efficiency of supply and demand operations

• Have experience in building and leading a team, inspiring people, and naturally winning their trust
• Have a track record of successfully delivering complex business initiatives
• Understand unit economics, technology-driven marketplaces, operational efficiency, marketing, and finance
• Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and a preference for start-up environments over corporate structures
• Can work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is the norm
• Use a data-driven approach to decision-making, are very comfortable with analytics and have the ability to see the story behind the numbers
• Have extraordinary communication skills and the ability to engage effectively in C-level meetings as well as frontline communication with couriers

• Have or more years of experience in a tech-driven delivery business, a rapidly growing technology start-up, or a top-tier management consulting firm
• Have tertiary education in business management, technology, supply chain management, or another related field
