Tasks that await you

  • Analyzing and structuring potential acquisitions by identifying and evaluating targets that align with Yandex's strategic objectives, and conducting due diligence and financial modeling
  • Developing strategic partnerships in collaboration with business units (predominantly, C-suite) to identify and pursue partnerships that enhance Yandex's market position and capabilities
  • Exploring non-organic growth opportunities with cross-functional teams, as well as researching and evaluating alternative growth strategies beyond traditional M&A

We expect that you

  • Have strong analytical skills and the ability to dissect complex data and draw insightful conclusions
  • Are an expert in financial modeling and proficient in building and using financial models for deal evaluation and valuation
  • Think strategically and have a keen understanding of market trends and the ability to identify opportunities for growth
  • Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization
  • Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field from a top-tier university
  • Have 3+ years of previous experience in M&A, Private Equity/Venture Capital (PE/VC), investment banking, or corporate development
