Yandex is looking for a Clerk/Assistant to organize and monitor shipments, manage document flow, and process payments. Apply if you have a bachelor’s degree, 1+ year of experience in a similar role, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Tasks that await you
Organize shipments and monitor execution
Manage document flow and archiving
Maintain contracts, invoices, correspondence, and other records
Process invoice payments
Draft and fill out legal templates (orders, agreements, powers of attorney, questionnaires)
Cooperate with the international legal teams
Deal with emergencies as they arise
We expect that you
Bachelor’s degree
1+ year of experience in a similar role (legal assistant, clerk, or secretary)
Ability to communicate effectively with peers and outside contacts
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while meeting deadlines
Passion and attention to detail
Initiative and energy, excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to work as a team player
Flexibility and stress resistance

Experience with the Oracle electronic document flow system
